Family Constellation Workshop

Family Constellation is a theraputical approach to identifying behavioral patterns and limiting belief systems that prevent you from moving forward or reaching your desired goals.

It runs in your family? It did until, now!

Family Constellation Therapy helps bring healing to unresolved situations that arise within families and tjereimpacting you and most importantly, future generations.

Who can benefit from this Therapy?

If there are secrets, disease, tragic death, suicide, mental health issues, poverty, history of war, displacement, or any other trauma in you or family ... this is for you.

What can I expect at a group workshop?

On this date, there will be space for 4 personal "Constellations" meaning 4 "Constellators". These individuals will each present a separate situation they want to heal. The rest of the group (observers) will support the "Constellator" in bringing the situation to life through a form of "role play". This allows the Constellator to get a better understanding and potentially bring closure to their situation.

Why do I want to join as an "observer"?

Although the "Constellators" are bringing their specific situation forward, during the Constellation process you will observe that their situation rings familiar to you! Therefore, healing happens to all in attendance.

Do I need previous experience to join?

No. All that is asked is to come with an open mind, heart and respect.
